Your inspection will include a full internal and external snagging survey to highlight any defects. Within 48 hours you will receive detailed report which will include all defects identified, complete with photos. This can be handed to the developer to rectify the issues.

Every room is checked to ensure compliance against the NHBC regulations.
Walk through service
If you would like a one hour walk through service please contact us for a price. This service does not include a survey report and you will need to compile your own snagging list. Our inspector will walk the property with you and identify any issues visually for you to record.

After Care
We can be contacted free of charge for up to 6 months after your survey for advice. If you would like us to revisit your home to check the defects after works are completed, please contact us for a price.
