What we inspect
We carry out a full internal and external inspection, checked against NHBC regulations, covering:
**External**
- Brickwork, roof, driveway and garden
- External doors, windows and glazing
- Drainage and external finishes
**Internal**
- Decoration, flooring and drylining
- Insulation and level tolerances
- Electrical: lighting, sockets and switches
- Heating and plumbing: boiler, pipework, radiators, bath, showers and basins
- Carpentry: stairs, joinery and fixings
- Windows and doors: frames, glazing and seals
- Fire safety: fire doors, stopping and smoke detectors
- Compliance against NHBC regulations throughout

Walk through service
Prefer to be there in person and make your own list? Our inspector will walk the property with you and point out issues as you go. Approximately one hour depending on house size. Please note this service doesn't include a written report.
